Art and Science Cider & Wine’s Lacey’s UnderPear is a sparkling perry blend made of 1/3 foraged feral pears that are very tannic, blended with 2/3 unfarmed d’Anjou pears from Oregon’s Zephyr Farms at Underwood. Barrel fermented with native yeast and aged for 13 months; bottled in the traditional method.
