Art and Science Cider & Wine’s Roshambo Cider is a seasonal blend of ecologically farmed apples harvested from Art + Science’s own farm, Roshambo ArtFarm, where they have planted 78 varieties of American heirloom, selected feral seedlings, and bittersweet British & French cider apples.

Barrel fermented and aged in neutral oak with native yeast.

Beware: when playing rock paper scissors with ecology; the snake may be the strongest, the butterfly the most beautiful, but the insect may outlive them all.
